Flour Crush machine mainly function is crush the dry or wet rice, corn, feed, fish, cassava, peanut, bean, potato, sweet-potato, spices, capsicum, tea ect to be flour. It`s output is 220kg/hour. It`s most advantage is user can change mesh to get difference size flour or powder. If user want big powder then use big hole mesh, if user want the small powder then use the small mesh, we have five type mesh to meet customer`s small or big powder need.

1.1       Use surrounding: Surrounding and running condition should be at normal temperature!

1.2       Work conditions: This machine running place shall be ventilation, dryness, commodiousness, brightness and with fire-extinguishing.

1.3       Forbidden information: Forbidden material: The harden materials are enjoined from machine such as iron chips, coal, wood, stone, blocks .

1.4       Safety: There is shield covers belt pulley and forbidden to get close during the machine running, Under the condition of normal and with correct operation, the safety of operator shall not be threaten.

2.0      Structure and work theory: Structure: the machine is mainly made up of machine shuck, machine cover, main shaft, motive gear assembly(rotor), mesh, pulley, assembly, powder sifting, belt pulley, feeder unit, outlet hopper etc.

2.1  Operating Principle: After the materiel pushed into the crushing chamber equably and properly, under the effect of main driving pulley to drive crusher belt, the material is crushed under the action of teeth assembly rotating rapidly in the crusher chamber, the material was hit continuity and robbed strongly, till to the powder, then discharged out from the powder outlet under the centrifugal force and gas flow.
